Harvey Wallbanger

Ingredients

• ice cubes – to fill a highball glass
• 1.5 ounces vodka
• 3 ounces orange juice – freshly squeezed
• 0.5 ounces Galliano L'Autentico
• orange – sliced into a wheel (for garnish)
• maraschino cherry – for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the vodka and orange juice.
3. Stir gently to combine and chill, 5–10 seconds, until the glass feels cold.
4. Float the Galliano L'Autentico by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon so it rests on the surface.
5. Garnish with an orange wheel and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
