Rusty Nail

Ingredients

• ice – large cube
• 2 ounces blended Scotch whisky
• 1 ounce Drambuie
• lemon peel – twist (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Add a large ice cube to a rocks (old-fashioned) glass.
2. Pour in the blended Scotch whisky and Drambuie.
3. Stir with a barspoon until well chilled and slightly diluted, 20–30 seconds.
4. Express the lemon peel over the surface to release oils, then garnish with the twist and serve.
