Lillet Blanc is a French aromatized wine from Podensac, Bordeaux, blending Bordeaux wines with citrus liqueurs and botanicals. The modern expression sits around 17% ABV and is lighter in quinine than the historic Kina Lillet, yielding a profile of candied citrus, honey, white flowers, and a gentle, balancing bitterness.

Served well-chilled over ice with a citrus twist or deployed in cocktails, it lends brightness, subtle sweetness, and delicate bitterness. It is a key component in classics like the Vesper and Corpse Reviver No. 2, and slots neatly where blanc/bianco vermouths and quinquinas are called for. Its nuances shine alongside gin, vodka, and sparkling wine; refrigerate after opening and use within a month or so for best flavor.
