Tomatoe-soy Marinade For Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion – chopped
- 1 large clove garlic – minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 T. cornstarch

Instructions

Combine tomato sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook over moderate heat until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and let the marinade cool, then pour over chicken and turn to coat thoroughly.
- 3.
Marinate several hours or overnight, turning the chicken occasionally to redistribute the marinade.
