Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 7 Tables. water – boiling
- 4 egg – separated and beaten
- 2 Tables. crème de cacao
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
- 1.
Separate the eggs; beat the egg whites and set aside.
- 2.
Place the semi-sweet chocolate bits in a blender and blend for 6 seconds. Scrape down the sides.
- 3.
Add the boiling water and blend on high for 10 seconds.
- 4.
Add the egg yolks, crème de cacao, and cinnamon; blend until smooth.
- 5.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until incorporated.
- 6.
Chill the mousse at least 2 hours before serving.
