Del El Paso Tostada Salad
Ingredients
- 2 avocado – mashed
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 T green onion – thinly sliced
- 1/4 C sour cream
- 1/4 C Del El Paso taco sauce
- 1/2 salt
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
- 1 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1/2 C cheddar cheese – shredded
- 6 Del El Paso tostada shells
- 3 Cups lettuce – shredded
- 1 C tomato – chopped
- 6 slices avocado – sliced

Instructions
- 1.
In a bowl, mix the mashed avocados, lime juice, and thinly sliced green onion.

Blend in the sour cream, Del El Paso taco sauce, and salt; chill the avocado dressing.
- 3.
Heat the refried beans in the cooking oil until warmed through, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- 4.
Heat the tostada shells. On each heated shell, divide and spread the beans, then top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
- 5.
Spoon the avocado dressing over each tostada salad and top with avocado slices.
